I grew up in country New South Wales and have a work history in Project Management and Service Recovery roles in the Aviation sector. I’ve been working in student accommodation for over a decade, and I like ensuring all residents in my care are safe and engaging with the local community.

I have a passion for different cultures and cuisines. I enjoy getting to know people, hearing about their experiences and what makes them happy. I spend my spare time enjoying the great outdoors with my wife and three children.

My name is Leah, and I joined the Iglu Brisbane City team in March 2026 as a Customer Service Coordinator.

I’m originally from Germany and came to Australia in November 2025 as a backpacker. What started as a side quest adventure eventually led me to Brisbane and I’m so glad it did!
