Hi everyone! I’m Nonoka, but please call me Nono! I’ve recently joined the Iglu Brisbane City team.
I’m originally from Japan, and I speak Japanese and English. I’m also currently learning a little Spanish. I love sharks, ramen, Studio Ghibli movies, and gaming.
I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone, so if you ever feel like having a chat, please come and say hi.

Hello, my name is Lachlan Waters and I’m the Regional General Manager at Iglu.
I grew up in country New South Wales and have a work history in Project Management and Service Recovery roles in the Aviation sector. I’ve been working in student accommodation for over a decade, and I like ensuring all residents in my care are safe and engaging with the local community.
I have a passion for different cultures and cuisines. I enjoy getting to know people, hearing about their experiences and what makes them happy. I spend my spare time enjoying the great outdoors with my wife and three children.

I made the move from Brazil four years ago and honestly, I’ve never looked back! Life in Australia has been an incredible adventure and I love it here.
I’m brand new to the Iglu family, having just joined in March 2026, and I’m so excited to get to know everyone and become part of this community.

Hiya, my name is Tyler. I am the Assistant General Manager. I joined Iglu at the beginning of 2023 as a Customer Service Coordinator moving from New Zealand, where I worked in property management.
If you cannot find me at Iglu, I am probably spending time with my family or going on roadies or camping. I love meeting new people, so please come down and have a chat.

Hi there, I’m Hope. I’m obsessed with Broadway and musical theatre and often break out into show tunes when no one is around. I have many hobbies including, roller skating, trampolining, go karting, script writing and painting. I couldn’t pick one so I had to try them all!
